We will explore ways to prioritize your well-being care, learn how to feel safe saying no, and to notice all the ways in which you already pour into yourself.
As we care for our bodies, mind, and spirit, we are able to move through life from a place of nourishment and ease, not rush, worry, and force. Empowering you to choose how to respond to the world around you, instead of reacting out of habit.

- 4 week container with self-paced modules and videos.
